Job Position: Plant Engineer

Job Location: Lakowe, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Ensure regular routine maintenance on all the Production Machines.
  2. Carry-out regular preventive maintenance on all Production Machines.
  3. Liaise with external service supports on all issues on the machines and also ensure that they carry out their required duties as captured in SLAs appropriately at least once every two weeks.
  4. Carry out regular corrective maintenance on all the Production machines everyday as required.
  5. Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
  6. Prompt resolution of all customer related issues.
  7. Ensure proper supervision of your concerned unit or group to foster proper process quality assurance. You will be held liable for any issue arising from improper process supervision and implementation.
  8. Regular technology research and application to process and procedures.
  9. Develop monthly reports of machine performance.
  10. Ensure weekly meetings/trainings hold and are communicated to Production staff.
  11. Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
  12. Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in your possession are properly taken care of.

Job Requirements
Academic Qualification:

  • B.Sc / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing sector out of which 2 years must have been on supervisory level.
  2. Practical hands on experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing of machine fault.
  3. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with MS Word, MS Excel and related programs.
