Job Position: Learning and Development Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Preferred candidate will be providing support to the overall business strategy
  2. Support’s business growth through its Learning & Development initiatives
  3. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  4. Develop and enhance the organization’s talent/ grow future leaders.
  5. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training co-ordination and must be a certified trainer
  6. collaborate with employees and managers to support career development and manage budgets and relationships
  7. Assist managers develop their team members through career pathing

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in learning and development function
  3. Experienced in designing/deploying e-learning initiatives will be beneficial
  4. Excellent knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  5. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in similar role; vendor management experience is required
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  7. Good business acumen with familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  8. Ability to build relationships with employees and vendor
