Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with the business strategy
  2. Consult with line managers on the effective way for team
  3. Structuring compensation and benefit packages while providing daily HR guidance
  4. Improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention of staff
  5. Overseas HR operations of the assigned business unit and ensures they are aligned with our organization’s business goal.
  6. Identify training needs for team and line managers
  7. Ensures HR policy guidance are being followed
  8. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as HR Generalist
  3. Good knowledge of labor legislation
  4. Excellent people management skills
  5. Problem-solving, proactive nature and good analytical skills
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
