Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Increased sales and inventory management by effectively controlling daily parts program activities
  2. Source parts from distribution centers and other service center locations, allocating them to vehicles service appointments
  3. Review incoming appointments, ensuring they are properly prepared and documented in the system
  4. Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance including handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries
  5. Systematically receive, inspect, and put away stock and special-order parts
  6. Consistently manage the inventory stock level by performing daily perpetual parts counts and reporting discrepancies
  7. Proactively maintain automated inventory replenishment lists
  8. Ensure excellent organization of stock room to Vinfast standard with grocery store aesthetics
  9. Escalate parts issues from internal or external suppliers in collaboration with Regional parts Manager
  10. Act as a point of contact top vendors, providing constructive feedback that will contribute to future improvement
  11. Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Job Requirements

  1. A good Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 5 years work experience.
  2. Good knowledge in computer application software
  3. Knowledge in Electronic part catalogue (EPC) is an added advantage
  4. Automotive certifications or training desired
  5. Technically inclined and able to identify spare parts and their general functions
  6. Demostrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills
  7. Must be able to work under pressure
  8. High level of professional integrity.
