Job Position: Junior Transaction Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  1. In this role, you’ll be required to complete all service Operational activities within the stipulated OLAs using defined processes to retain clients and meet required service benchmark(s).

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage Multi-level stakeholder relationships across the bank
  2. Manage Operations Dashboard for effective performance & KPI monitoring
  3. Manage the CORE Banking Application including vendor relationships for effective utilization and performance Optimization
  4. Work with required stakeholders to develop the operations and repayment instrument performance tracking dashboard
  5. Strategically develop solution(s) to reduce Operational issues/issues within Operations
  6. Operational Reporting & Automation

Job Requirements
Required:

  1.  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking operations
  2.  Strong understanding of Electronic repayment instruments management like Paystack, Remita Flutterwave, PayU etc. is a plus
  3.  Knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Micro-lending market
  4.  Strong numeric and Excel skill
