Job Description
- As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company and driving strategic financial planning.
- You will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop financial models and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular financial statements, reports, and presentations for executive and board meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, and Projects, to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with tax deductions, remittances, and filing.
- Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide insights to drive performance improvement.
- Manage cash flow, investment decisions, and capital budgeting processes.
- Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing investor presentations and financial due diligence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate tech sector.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- ACA/ACCA is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial software systems.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the intersection of finance and technology.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
