Job Description

  1. You will be working as a Product Operations Manager in our Product and Technology Division, which is now composed of 75+ people in Lagos, Bangalore, Paris, Türkiye, and remotely across the globe.
  2. We are building Engineering centers of excellence across multiple regions and are looking for smart, talented, driven engineers.

About The Role

  1. We are currently seeking to hire a Product Operations Manager whose sole focus will be on increasing efficiency and improving collaboration.
  2. The ideal candidate will concentrate on streamlining internal workflows, processes, and tools throughout each stage of product development – from strategizing and ideating to planning, building, launching, and beyond.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Implementing or optimizing systems and processes
  2. Ensuring timely, audience-appropriate communication
  3. Analyzing, synthesizing, and automating data created or used by product management
  4. Offloading non-core product management tasks
  5. Identifying areas where team effort doesn’t align with the core strategy
  6. Defining, documenting, and maintaining release processes
  7. Building (or re-engineering) processes for repeatable, critical tasks
  8. Identifying product feedback loops within the organization and working with stakeholders to close those loops with new routines
  9. Scaling product knowledge across the organization
  10. Developing and documenting the norms and standards for tool use within product management.

Job Requirements

  1. You should have 3+ years of working with a high-growth tech company or working in banking/finance-related business areas such as acquiring, payments and so on.
  2. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  3. Excellent product knowledge and operational excellence.
  4. Strong understanding of payments and collections products.
  5. Experience with different transaction scenarios within the Fin-Tech Industry.
  6. Highly customer-centric and good problem solving skills.
  7. A strong knack for data.
  8. Readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel.
