Job Position: Sales Manager – TECH

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of what we do
  2. Generate revenue for the company and meeting up set targets
  3. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  4. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  5. Meeting planned sales goals.
  6. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  7. Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  8. Generate verified leads, and build and nurture client relationships
  9. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
  10. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  11. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  12. Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
  13. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
  14. Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  2. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in tech and tech sales
  3. Must have strong experience in digital marketing and field marketing
  4. Must have excellent knowledge on generating verified leads
  5. Must be able to work and deliver under little or no supervision
  6. 6+ years in sales management within a corporate setting
  7. Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  9. Superb leadership ability
  10. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  11. Experience in customer relationship management.
  12. Experience managing and directing a sales team
  13. Ability to travel as required by the job.
