Job Position: Regional Marketing Manager

Job Description

  1. Key objective is to coordinate activities of all marketers in the region in line with the company’s objective. Ensure the company realizes its vision in the region, while practicing its values.
  2. Coordinates all marketing related activities in his/her region.
  3. Drive new customer acquisition, while increasing our share of current customers businesses.
  4. Analyse current industry trends with a view to position the company to take advantage of upcoming opportunities.
  5. Emphasis on capturing detailed customer database of the region.
  6. supervise activities of all marketers in the region with the objective of ensuring profit is met, and within expense budget.
  7. have proper knowledge and understanding of each marketer’s customers.
  8. Coordinate report writing, detailing activities and performance.
  9. Ensure strict adherence to company’s sales policies.
  10. Give periodic report on the region’s activities.
  11. Ensure our relevance and active participation in bulk book supply projects relating to; SUBEB, UBEC, Community and Constituency Projects.
  12. Establish personal relationship with the high-profile schools, Federal Government Colleges, and cluster schools with their head office in the region ie Army, Faith academy, Deeper life, Redeemed etc

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 5 – 7 years work experience.
  2. Candidate must have very vast knowledge of geo-political area he intends to cover.
