Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Recieve Guests and provide introductory information to new customers
  2. Answer incoming calls and redirect them.
  3. Attend to customer via phone calls and social media platforms
  4. Handle customer service issue and escalate to proper authority
  5. Follow up on queries and give feedback to clients
  6. Collect client feedback for management
  7. Assist in performing admin duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements

  1. A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
  2. Good understanding of customer service best practices.
  3. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  5. Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
  6. Admin experience is an added advantage
  7. Social media savvy.
