Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- Recieve Guests and provide introductory information to new customers
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them.
- Attend to customer via phone calls and social media platforms
- Handle customer service issue and escalate to proper authority
- Follow up on queries and give feedback to clients
- Collect client feedback for management
- Assist in performing admin duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of customer service best practices.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Admin experience is an added advantage
- Social media savvy.
