Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of Design Thinking and DevOps principles/practices
- Service-oriented end-user support and clients’ management
- Proficiency in the use of common IT productivity tools
- Good working knowledge and interest in digital innovations and tools.
- Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques
- Coaching skills and ability to motivate teams
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps).
