Job Description

  1. The Cash Manager owns responsible of all the financial transactions reporting and remittance for record and audit purposes

Job Responsibilities

  1. Take charge of all cash-related transactions while professionally following the company’s communication, procedure, guidelines and policies.
  2. Create a reliably trustworthy database for customers and their transactions.
  3. Reconcile daily with the Online Rep on cash-related issues.
  4. Initiate after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Drive offline-to-online sales, Konga pay, Konga travels and tours sales streams at the stores.

Job Requirements

  1. NCE, OND, HND, BSc, etc.

Knowledge / Experience:

  1. Must be proficient in the use of a computer, System based applications, Microsoft Office package (Basic),

What Specific Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications are required for this role:

  1. Experienced in good Customer Service Delivery.

Knowledge (Include Technical Knowledge):

  1. Must understand how a computer System works and connects to other corresponding gadgets
  2. Must be a fast learner
  3. Excellent calculative skills.
