Job Position: Impact Programs Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Impact Program Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing LifeBank project from the initial ideation through to completion.
  2. S/he will also coordinate people and processes to deliver the project on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.Must be willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Track projects and provide regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  5. Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  7. Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  9. Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders and ensure the project is delivered to satisfaction.
  10. Perform other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare (More of a Pharmacist), Computer Science or Engineering for technical project managers
  2. Any other related disciplines
  3. A Master’s Degree in the above fields may be considered an advantage.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience (5 years+) in program management, leadership and development.
  2. Subject matter expertise in the healthcare industry is a strong plus
  3. Proven experience leading project teams of various sizes and seeing them through to completion.
  4. Budget management experience

Salary 

  • N600,000 Monthly.
