Job Position: Legal – Tax Associate

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide legal advisory on issues around Tax Compliance, Labour and Employment.
  2. Draft and review contracts and documents.
  3. Identify laws, rules, codes, and standards applicable to clients’ operating environments.
  4. File Value added Tax Returns, Withholding Tax Returns, P.AY.E on behalf of client companies.
  5. Schedule and conduct client briefings.
  6. Attend to clients’ queries and emails promptly.
  7. Send status reports on transactions and regularly update clients on their pending jobs.
  8. Keep clients’ records properly and professionally handle clients’ sensitive and confidential information.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
  2. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in Tax legal advisory
  3. Candidate must be a lawyer called to Nigerian Bar
  4. Candidate must be available for immediate employment
  5. Candidate must reside in Lagos or must be willing to relocate to Lagos.
  6. Candidate must be a seasoned legal and tax practitioner and must be zealous about providing satisfactory legal and tax advisory services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
