Job Description

  • Are you a recent graduate with a passion for architecture and a creative mindset? We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting architectural projects.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to develop innovative architectural concepts and solutions.
  2. Assist in creating detailed design drawings, 3D models, and presentations for various projects.
  3. Conduct research on materials, building codes, and best practices to support design development.
  4. Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and contributing to design discussions.
  5. Assist in preparing project documentation and construction drawings under the guidance of experienced architects.
  6. Support the coordination of project activities with other engineering and design disciplines.
  7. Attend site visits to observe construction progress and ensure alignment with design intent.
  8. Contribute to the implementation of sustainable and environmentally conscious design principles.
  9. Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in architecture and design.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  2. Strong proficiency in architectural software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Knowledge of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior architects.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. A portfolio showcasing academic projects and design work is highly desirable.
