Job Description

  1. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team at Salad Africa.
  2. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business and expanding our customer base.
  3. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging with prospective clients, promoting our financial solutions, and guiding them through onboarding.
  4. You will work closely with the Account Manager and Customer Service team to ensure a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  1. Identify and target potential clients, including employers and organizations, who can benefit from our salary advance solutions.
  2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Acquisition and Product Demo::

  1. Present and demonstrate Salad Africa’s financial solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition.

Business Development and Expansion:

  1. Continuously identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
  2. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Salad Africa and establish connections within the financial and HR sectors.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Track and report on sales activities, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and inform business strategy

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven business development or sales track record, preferably in the financial or technology industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  5. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
