Job Position: Business Analyst

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  2. We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization into the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to Evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. They should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of Innovative Solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
  3. The Business Analyst is responsible for the Implementation and support of business Information systems across Multiple departments. He/She will Identify problems and Opportunities within the company and Ultimately provide Solutions that help achieve the business’ goals. The BA is responsible for assessing coming up with Solutions to daily Operations. Suggestions based on their analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
  2. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
  3. Carry out Market research and upgrade operating procedures
  4. Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance · Develop and maintain reporting tools
  5. Strategizing ideas to improve business operations · Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
  6. Identify specific business opportunities
  7. Influence stakeholders to support business projects
  8. Assist with project management for selected projects
  9. Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
  10. Test business processes and recommend improvements
  11. Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
  12. Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
  13. Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
  14. Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritizing
  15. Drive business optimization, increase the digital banking & retail banking revenue strategy by 60%.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant Studies
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience within the financial services industry is a MUST
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Vision
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint presentation.
