Job Position: Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

  1. The employee will own and be responsible for the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy and implementation for several key products in SunFi portfolio.
  2. The employee must have a passion for understanding, diving into and building customer journeys, and as such will have an immediate and direct impact on key company-level growth.
  3. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting product messaging, user journeys across multiple channels including email, as well as enjoys building the 1:1 communications experience that predicts and delivers on user needs at every stage.
  4. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to understand the product roadmap, contribute to the roadmap based on market research, create and implement product-focused marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness that drive conversions, and increase engagement with new and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to- marketing strategy, digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on product marketing.
  3. Conduct market research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and trends related to the product.
  4. Create compelling and persuasive product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the unique value proposition to the target audience.
  5. Develop and optimize product-focused content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  6. Create marketing collateral, including product brochures, datasheets, website content, videos, and presentations, to support sales and marketing efforts.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and design, to gather product information, features, and updates for effective marketing communication
  8. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell the product, including sales scripts, training materials, and competitive analysis.
  9. Constantly develop platform materials on product features that educate the Platform User; Platform Users; Providers, Consumers, Administrators, and Web App Visitors
  10. Position the product in the market to target specific customer segments and effectively differentiate it from competing products.
  11. Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful introduction into the market
  12. Execute digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and remarketing, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
  13. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  14. Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance product visibility and organic traffic to the website.
  15. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
  16. Gather feedback from customers and conduct surveys to gain insights into their needs and preferences, feeding this information back into product development and marketing strategies.
  17. Ensure that the product messaging aligns with the overall brand strategy and enhances the company’s brand perception in the market.
  18. Tracking and reporting to measure the performance of marketing campaigns by analyzing conversion rates, email engagement, and other key metrics to assess effectiveness of campaigns.
  19. Product specific personalization and targeted messaging based on customer data and behavior.
  20. Provide materials and train sales team on new product features

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. An ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience successfully launching or been part of the team that successfully launched a software product to a B2B & B2C audience
  3. Knowledge of digital marketing systems;Hubspot, Zoho
  4. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on product marketing and product messaging on website, email campaign etc
  5. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  6. Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  7. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive product messaging.
  9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Creative mindset with a passion for exploring innovative digital marketing strategies.
  11. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  12. Proven track record in developing & managing successful digital marketing sites
