Job Position: Content Creator (Hybrid)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are now looking to hire a Content Creator that will grow with our firm and be an integral part of our company’s structure and business model.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Independently research content and industry themes.
  2. Create (and edit) fun, exciting, interactive and relevant content for the company.
  3. Deliver and save all quality grade content to an assigned company google drive.
  4. Ensure content is created, edited and delivered by a Sunday, for that weeks’ posting.
  5. Independent research of latest social media trends, key industry topics and the application on the content strategy.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  2. Good verbal and written skills.
  3. Previous social media manager, content / reel creation, digital marketing experience.
  4. Competent with technology and software applications (especially Google suite (Docs, Sheet), Microsoft of bice suite, Video conferencing).

The ideal candidate must:

  1. Be willing to work in a Bluid and agile start-up and environment (i.e.)hence must be willing to take on more responsibility than outlined in the main duties and responsibilities, where necessary.
  2. Be a good communicator.
  3. Be organized and must have a structured approach.
  4. Be able to work in the designated of Bice (Lekki Area), attend events, as well as the ability to work remotely.
  5. Be accountable and must be able to manage their workload and time.
  6. Be able to work under extreme pressure and to tight deadlines. Possess the ability to be Flexible and adaptable at all times. Possess an “owner” mentality and must be a self-starter.
  7. Maintain strict confidentiality.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  9. Nice to haves:
  10. Direct experience in the food manufacturing or food industry.
  11. A foodie.
  12. A vegan, actively in the process of becoming a vegan (live the ethos and values of the firm) or has a very good understanding of the plant- based sector.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 p/m (based on experience).
