Job Position: Medical Sales Representative

Job Location: Birnin, Kebbi

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare marketing and sales strategies
  2. Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns
  3. Ensuring the company meets the monthly target
  4. Taking feedback from patients and clients
  5. Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials for use in different channels.
  6. Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
  7. Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
  8. Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
  9. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  10. Visit Hospitals/Clinics and go for presentations selling the benefits of our client for referrals.
  11. Work with management to ensure our client has a water-tight referral program with other medical facilities.
  12. Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as; promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days, or fundraising activities.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Marketing or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales and marketing in a healthcare sector preferably in kebbi axis.
  3. Ideal candidates must be innovative, understand the health sector and be key players in the industry.
  4. Must have sales and marketing experience in the health or pharmaceutical sector.
  5. Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  6. Good understanding of market research techniques, statistics, and data analysis methods.
  7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (mail chimp)
  8. Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
  9. Creativity and commercial awareness.
  10. A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  11. Should possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal and people management.
