Job Position: IT Customer Success Specialist

Job Description

  1. As an IT Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, success, and ongoing commitment to our company.
  2. You will collaborate closely with our sales, technical, and support teams to understand client needs, drive adoption of our solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business requirements and processes.
  2. Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services.
  3. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
  4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins and product training sessions with clients.
  7. Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to address any concerns.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in IT, as a Customer Success officer or similar role
  3. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in software applications and MS-office suite.
