Job Position: Sales Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  2. Maintaining an accurate record of all items available.
  3. Following up with vendors for supply.
  4. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers/vendors.
  5. Recruiting, and training Handy guys.
  6. Managing Handy guys
  7. Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments.
  8. Collaborating with all departments to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  9. Ensuring that branches are optimally stocked with fast-moving items.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. At least 2 years relevant work experience.
  3. Proven sales experience.
  4. Sound knowledge of sales strategies.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  8. Effective communication skills.
  9. Exceptional customer service skills.
  10. Residing close to the office location is an added advantage.

Operational Hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 8am – 2pm.
