Job Position: Senior Business Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

  1. Education: B.Sc / HND in Business Management or its equivalent, added certification or accreditation, plus experience in the cleaning industry would be an added advantage
  2. Skills/Experience: Management skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skill, and minimum of 5 years experience in similar role, supervising 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Managers.

Other Requirements:

  1. Business Operations; ability to plan and direct the company’s business operations
  2. Ability to ensure efficiency in the delivery of work activities
  3. Ability to provide clarity on company goals and provide leadership and guidance needed for actualisation of these goals to other employees.
  4. Ability to understand business processes and provide improvement for efficiency
  5. Possess an above average financial skill and able to make adequate financial decision
  6. Ability to identify and grow new businesses for expansion
  7. Knowledge of Technical and Financial bid processes
  8. Ability to prepare reports and coordinate the reports of all other departments
