Job Description

- As an Event/Activation Manager at Maxima Media Group, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of events and activations that align with our brand’s mission and engage our target audience.
- The successful candidate will combine their exceptional event management skills with a strong command of Power Pointto create visually captivating presentations that enhance our brand’s storytelling.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and plan events and activations that align with our brand’s goals and messaging.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistical details.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate event concepts, strategies, and post-event analysis.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Lead and coordinate event teams, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events while addressing any issues that arise.
- Analyze event performance metrics and gather attendee feedback to improve future events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative event practices to bring fresh ideas to our events and activations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 5years) in event planning and activation, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually impactful presentations.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and logistics coordination.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize engaging event concepts and activations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected challenges during events.
- Adept at analyzing data and feedback to continuously improve event strategies and outcomes.
