Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Liaise with departmental heads to carry out manpower requirement planning
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Manage employee performance function and collate training needs of personnel to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Maintain records and performance reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism.
- Liaise with management to ensure existing policies are implemented and new ones are generated as a strategy to retain employees
- Prepare an approved salary structure for all staff at the end of each month
- Ensure that newly recruited staff are properly inducted and placed in their respective units
- Ensures all administrative issues and services are carried out as approved
- Deal with disciplinary and conflict issues within the organization
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. (Preferred)
- Professional Certification i.e CIPM, SPHRi will be an added advantage
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Ability to proficiently use computers and applications
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skill
- Problem solving skills
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
