Job Position: Digital Media Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  2. Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence
  3. Aggressively grow brand and product awareness across various online platforms including social media
  4. Readily drive the adoption of company products and services
  5. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs
  6. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  8. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion test
  9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  11. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  12. Effectively manage online brand perception and reputation
  13. Use marketing automation as a tool for achieving business and brand objectives.
  14. Implement effective digital systems and processes.
  15. Ensure all external communications are consistent with the corporate brand positioning.
  16. Coordinate partnerships with external communication consultants and vendors as required for achieving goals within budgets.
  17. Keep abreast of local and global best practices and make recommendations on how they impact the unit’s role.
  18. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or any other related field
  2. Relevant professional certification and qualification
  3. At least 5 years of proven experience in Digital marketing in a structured organization. Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  4. Excellent understanding of Email marketing, Alphabet, and Meta Ads
  5. Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns
  6. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  7. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  8. Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  9. Skills and experience in creative content writing
  10. Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
