Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Manage Human Resources & Admin service channels
  2. Performance and Talent Management
  3. Consistently ensure compliance with the Nigerian Labour Laws.
  4. Structure effective policies and processes to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top talent
  5. Ensure adherence and compliance with regulatory authorities and obtaining compliance certificates
  6. Compensation & Benefits Administration

Job Requirements
Education:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. A Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
  3. Professional Certification in Human Resources will be an advantage

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years quality experience in a similar role.

Knowledge:

  1. Good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
