Job Position: Junior Account Officer

Job Locations: Ijora & Lekki Phase 1 – Lagos

Job Description

  1. Monitor usage of products and escalate discrepancies
  2. Keeping track of inventory and ensuring proper record is kept
  3. Contribute in the weekly and daily product/production cost analysis
  4. Monitor the inbound of goods and issuing out invoices to customers
  5. Issuing out waybills to the Van Sales Representatives
  6. Collate minute of technical meetings and forward to Management
  7. Assist in preparing the monthly Management account
  8. Reconciliation of all modes of payment and ensuring payment is remitted appropriately.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a Finance or Accounting department.
  3. Open to learning.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting.
  5. Basic use of Microsoft Excel is important.
  6. Proactive and ability to pay attention to details.
  7. Outstanding documentation skills and well organized.
  8. Candidate must reside around Obalende – Lekki axis.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
