Job Location: Ikoyi / Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative in our Furniture and Luxury Home department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
- You will be the first point of contact for our valued clientele, assisting them with product inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture and home decor items to meet their needs and preferences.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with our sales and design teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Uphold our company’s commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND qualifications with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for home furnishings and luxury decor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
