Job Position: Project Supervisor

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description 

  • Our company is looking for a Project Supervisor with Interior Design knowledge to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervision of ongoing projects on sites
  2. Coordinate with a variety of consultants;
  3. Manage overall project fees and schedules;
  4. Provide leadership to workers ;
  5. Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project;
  6. Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects and project teams;
  7. Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process;
  8. Manage client relations;
  9. Attend and conduct presentations;
  10. Manage contract administration responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  1. Managing / Organizational Skills – Ability and experience managing large design and construction teams on complex multi-layer projects;
  2. Other – Understanding of the differences/dynamics of working on third-party development manager projects vs direct owner build projects;
  3. Required Knowledge / Experience – A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience, with a strong interior design-based background / knowledge.
