Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  1. We are looking for applicants with marketing backgrounds who are looking for new challenges and looking to solve problems in a Startup Company.
  2. The Customer service Officer is essential in supporting our Company’s Wisetrader team
  3. We are hiring a customer service officer to manage customer queries and complaints.
  4. You will also be asked to process loans, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
  5. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have strong experience working with computers and data entry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  6. Processing and booking loans, forms, applications, and requests.
  7. Entering of data and making postings
  8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  9. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  10. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  1. University Degree, or equivalent.
  2. Not less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Experience in customer service with a Financial Institution is a strong advantage.
  4. Male candidate preferrably
  5. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  6. Comfortable using computers.
