Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, to improve the overall employee experience and engagement
  2. Drive, develop, and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs
  3. Ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes
  4. Responsible for workforce/succession planning, performance management, and compensation management
  5. Provide day-to-day HR support to staff and supervise the maintenance of facility and equipment.
  6. Ensuring compliance with organizational policy and procedures

  6. Operations Management.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Humanities or other relevant disciplines.
  2. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualifications:

  1. Other professional certifications e.g., ACIPM, SHRM, etc. would be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience:

  1. At least 8 years post-qualification relevant experience with a thorough understanding of HR functions such as Recruitment, Talent Mgt., and Workforce Management.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior management role
  3. Demonstrable achievements in landmark projects

Skills / Competence Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated capacity to lead and inspire to improve organizational efficiency, competent strategic planning, and business development.
  2. Well-developed communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop stakeholder relationships.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  4. Relevant experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  5. Develops and maintains strong business relationships with vendors, clients, and other employees to drive business results.
  6. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  7. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  8. Intermediate competency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other information management software programs.
  9. Talent development and succession management.
  10. Focus on identification, selection, and retention of best-in-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent.
