Job Description

  1. Our client is seeking to hire a competent and driven business development manager to join its team. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new real estate opportunities, cultivating strong industry relationships, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth.
  2. The role holders will be responsible for managing key strategic partnerships, finding, and retaining clients, and bringing sales and growth to the company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  3. Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
  4. Tracking and evaluating business development plans and efforts on an ongoing basis.
  5. Driving increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.
  6. Researching competitors and providing suggestions for improvement.
  7. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  8. Providing advisory support on Real Estate Investment.
  9. Integrating new customers and increasing property acquisition rate.
  10. Company-wide level tracking of property listing on the platform.
  11. Monitoring market trends in the real estate industry.
  12. Providing liaison with prospective buyers, developers, property owners, and investors
  13. Sourcing for best veritable properties and making it known to investors

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years work experience and 5 years in the same or similar role.
  3. Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  4. Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  5. Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  6. Organization and time management skills.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Excellent time management and organizational ability.
  9. Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  10. Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIBN and other relevant certifications is an added advantage.
