Job Position: React Native Developer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  2. Lead the integration of the Android SDK into the React Native application using Native Modules.
  3. Design and implement a comprehensive React Native plugin that encapsulates the functionality of the Android SDK.
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that follows best practices and coding standards.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the plugin.
  6. Optimize the plugin for performance and responsiveness.
  7. Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve any integration-related issues.
  8. Provide technical documentation for the React Native plugin, including usage instructions and API documentation.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficient in React Native development and Native Modules for Android integration.
  2. Demonstrated experience in integrating third-party Android SDKs into React Native applications.
  3. Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
  4. Expertise in JavaScript, Java, and other relevant programming languages.
  5. Familiarity with the Android development ecosystem, including Android Studio, Gradle, and Android debugging tools.
  6. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  7. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  10. Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet project deadlines.
  11. Previous experience working on contract projects is a plus.
