Job Position: Human Resource Business Partner

Job Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  2. Must have 3-5 years’ experience in human resource management practice
  3. Professional development and training are an added advantage
  4. Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations is required.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. The ideal candidate should be personable
  7. Should be proactive and flexible.

Knowledge area:
Clear understanding of:

  1. NSITF Regulations and Compliance.
  2. ITF Regulations and compliance.
  3. Industry Relations Knowledge
  4. Labor Laws
  5. HRIS applications and use of Microsoft.
