Job Position: Customer Success Associate

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Call and Receive calls from Customers
  2. Follow up with Leads and existing Customers
  3. Respond to and send emails
  4. Respond to Live Chat inquiries
  5. Update CRM Records
  6. Answer simple queries swiftly and politely
  7. Escalate issues when and where necessary
  8. Maintain stipulated Call center KPI.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in Arts or Sciences
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role.
  3. Below 30 years of Age.

Skills Required:

  1. Must be internet and social media savvy
  2. Must be proficient in the use of computer especially Google Docs and MS Office packages
  3. Must be very proficient in the use of spoken and written English language.
