Job Position: Sales Manager (Fintech Bank Agency)

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
  2. Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
  3. Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  4. Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  5. Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  6. Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  7. Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
  8. Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
  9. Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
  10. Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies focused on financial gain and customer’s satisfaction
  11. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  12. Carryout advertising and promotional campaigns in all markets through social media and external relations on a daily basis.
  13. Converse with customers in person to provide information about the company’s products and services on a daily basis.
  14. Submit weekly strategic marketing plans and execute the marketing plans holistically.

Job Requirements

  1. SSCE / NCE / OND / HND in Marketing or any relevant field.
  2. Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role.
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Creativity and commercial awareness.
  5. A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
  6. Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles will be an added advantage.
  7. We a person to cover Lagos state
