Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Escalating customer’s issues via appropriate channels for proper resolution.
  2. Evaluate customer challenges and proffer solutions.
  3. Manage and resolve customers’ complaints.
  4. Use of suggestive selling techniques to promote services.
  5. Proffer options and alternatives to customers and offer assistance in making choices, as the case may be.
  6. Ensuring that the service provided will lead to repeat purchases
  7. Updating customer records and providing feedback to management for better customer service performance.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
