Job Description

  1. As a Business Project Development Officer at Westingate Global Enterprise WA LTD, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive our business projects to success.
  2. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, management, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet their objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with senior management to identify new business opportunities and projects.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate project feasibility.
  3. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  5. Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  6. Monitor project performance and report on progress to stakeholders.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  9. Prepare and deliver project proposals and presentations to clients.
  10. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in business project development or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
