Job Position: Business Supervisor

Job Location: Agungi Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily operational activities of the company.
  2. Effectively monitor and drive sales activities.
  3. Set directives for various departments under your supervision and ensure they are met.
  4. Oversee staff documentation and appraisal alongside MD.
  5. Ensure all duties are carried out according to laid out procedures and guidelines.
  6. Optimize operations and procedures to increase revenue.
  7. Handle client complaints and ensure good customer experience for clients.
  8. Be ready to represent the company in public and ensure we are up to date with federal, state and local levies.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in relevant discipline
  2. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  3. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Tech-savvy
  6. Ability to navigate google workspace.
  7. Knowledge of inventory management
  8. Must reside in Lagos
