Job Position: Customer Support Representative

Job Location: Lekki & Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team at our Lekki location.
  2. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support, with a strong focus on knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail pharmacy operations.
  3. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Engage customers to encourage additional purchases by providing information on promotions, discounts, and complementary products.
  2. Proactively solicit feedback and reviews from satisfied customers to boost the company’s online reputation.
  3. Contact customers who haven’t made a purchase in a while to rekindle their interest and offer special incentives.
  4. Provide online customers with efficient and courteous assistance through chat or email.
  5. Offer personalized product recommendations to online customers based on their preferences and previous purchases.
  6. Ensure prompt response to online inquiries and concerns, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
  7. Demonstrate the physical endurance required to stand for extended periods as needed during working hours.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification. (Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is an advantage).
  2. Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Service Representative in a retail pharmacy setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health-related items.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
  6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  7. Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  8. Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
