Job Position: Software Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensures the prompt resolution of client software issues of moderate complexity through data analysis and functional troubleshooting.
  2. This process employs various development tools, adheres to best-practice communication, coordinates team testing efforts, and utilizes available tools for issue resolution.
  3. The significance of software support lies in its role in providing answers to software-related queries, delivering updates, and addressing software bugs.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  2. Thorough understanding of software products and services for clients.
  3. Proficiency in database management, including the utilization of Structural Query Language scripts for CRUD operations and more.
  4. Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word for documentation and reporting, Excel for data analysis, and dowerPoint for presentations.
  5. Capability to analyse business logic effectively.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  7. Aptitude for quickly acquiring knowledge about new tools and concepts.
  8. Proficiency in marketing and idea development.

Additional Advantages:

  1. Proficiency in HTML & CSS, ASP.Net and Blazor Framework, GIT, and UI/UX.
  2. Strong skills in accounting and bookkeeping.
  3. Effective communication skills.
