Job Position: Human Resources Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  2. Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  3. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources to attract top-quality candidates.
  5. Conduct salary negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  6. Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
  7. Advise and assist managers in addressing employee-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  8. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance management, and recognition programs.
  9. Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  10. Stay up to date with changes in labor legislation and proactively address any potential risks or issues.
  11. Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  6. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
