Job Position: Talent Management Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description 

  1. Use a performance support first mindset to conduct a learning needs analysis and prescribe the appropriate learning and/or performance support solutions to close performance gaps
  2. Develop multi-modal learning and performance support materials, including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, infographics, and facilitator guides.
  3. Design a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programs including learning & development programs
  4. Implement various learning methods companywide e.g coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, etc. and assess the success of development plans while helping employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  5. Oversee training budgets and ensure compliance with applicable regulators, e.g ITF, etc.
  6. Design and manage the organization’s competency framework in coordination with the various stakeholders in line with the organization’s strategic direction and functional objectives.
  7. Manage the performance review process, coordinate post-appraisals meetings & ensure implementation of outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 4 years work experience.
