Job Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all paperwork ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to represent the company or gather relevant information.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative duties to support the CEO, including but not limited to calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external workers.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meetingdeadlines.
- Support with special projects or assignments as delegated by the CEO.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND is required
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Basic to advanced knowledge in content creation
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication(verbal and written) skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Proactive and willingness to learn.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
