Job Description
- You would be responsible for overseeing the promotion of property sales on various advertising platforms, as well as formulating sales propositions and project briefings.
- The ideal applicant should have well-rounded knowledge of the property market and current real estate schemes and marketing practices.
- They should also have superb project multitasking skills, as well as expertise with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments to show lands to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Preferably female candidates with 5 years marketing experience.
- Previous work in marketing for real estate or construction industries preferred
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
- Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive-level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
