Job Position: Legal Associate

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description 

  1. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies, and ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable statutory or regulatory requirements
  2. Assist with the development, revision, and/or implementation of a contract management system, compliance policies, and best practice procedures
  3. Drive awareness with regulatory and statutory directives and requirements
  4. Support in liaising and engaging with regulatory bodies/authorities
  5. Keep abreast of, monitor and analyze regulatory trends and changes in regulatory directives, rules and regulations
  6. Prepare and assist with legal and corporate filings and reports
  7. Work on business registration and incorporation.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.
