Job Position: Graphics Designer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1.  As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, both in print and digital formats.
  2. You will collaborate with the team to develop effective visual communication strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.
  3. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for real estate.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
  2. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  3. Develop creative concepts and design layouts that effectively communicate the company’s message and brand identity.
  4. Update social media accounts with pictures
  5. Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs.
  6. Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s visual guidelines and brand standards.
  7. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to stay up-to-date with current design practices.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other suppliers to ensure the production of high-quality printed materials.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  10. Provide support in designing presentations, infographics, and other visual aids as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
  3. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design principles, and visual hierarchy.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various marketing materials.
  8. Familiarity with real estate industry trends and design practices is a plus.
  9. Must be able to produce a recent portfolio.
