Job Position: Logistics / Fleet Supervisor

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Directly supervise and evaluate a team of drivers, providing guidance, training and mentoringas a first-line supervisor.
  2. Develop strategic plans for efficient fleet management and operation models.
  3. Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of the company’s fleet to ensure optimal efficiency.
  4. Develop asset management procedures for fleets and equipment, from acquisition through dispose.
  5. Manage relationships with vendors, clients and other partners to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  6. Research fleet efficiency and recommend cost-saving approaches.
  7. Provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and progress.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in fleet management.
  3. Proximity to Leki-Ajah environs.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
