Job Description

  1. As a Senior Corporate Analyst, you will play a critical role in our strategic decision-making process.
  2. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and providing insights that will guide our corporate strategy and investments.
  3. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, a deep understanding of the corporate landscape, and the ability to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment, to evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess corporate performance.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact our corporate strategy. Stay updated on industry and economic developments.
  3. Data Interpretation: Interpret complex financial data and generate clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  4. Risk Assessment: Assess the risks associated with potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, or other corporate actions. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  6. Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors and their financial performance, identifying areas of competitive advantage and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the development and execution of our corporate strategy.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  9. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the corporate finance team.
